There is no need to print the document and bring it with you.

This is not optional.

Every Senior must go through the process to receive their Graduation Regalia and tickets.

Ticket cost per person $105.00

Must be an ELHS Senior to attend and ride the bus to and from the school.

No refunds. Ticket transfers only.

Graduation Yard Signs are now available.

The last day to purchase is May 3rd.

The cost is $25.00.

Step 3: Choose your Grad Fee Package

*Payment plans are available through 3rd Ascent. The senior dues fee price will increase March 1st, 2024 to $275.00.

25 tickets per graduate. ​Pick-up for tickets will ​be available during ​Senior Clearance days. ​Extra tickets will be ​available at graduation ​practice, if we have any ​available.

Graduation Attire

Students are expected to dress appropriately for the occasion while ​staying within the HCS dress code. Wear comfortable shoes.

Decorated caps

are not allowed.

Individualized stoles are ​not allowed.

Students can only wear school-issued stoles, cords, and/or medallions ​representing ELH academics, athletics, and clubs/organizations.

What to Bring to Graduation

Examples of items that guests may bring include:

Clear plastic bags for belongings (note that all bags are ​subject to search), umbrellas, signs for graduates, ​balloons, flowers, and cameras.

Not to Bring for Graduation

should NOT bring include:

Air horns or items that make distracting noises, glitter ​or confetti of any kind, silly string of any kind, any ​inflammatory items or weapons of any kind, any ​projectiles of any kind, and personal food or drink items ​with the exception of nutritional items for infants or ​small children. No Drones are allowed.

Directions to Atlanta Motor Speedway

TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON US 19/41:

NORTHBOUND 19/41 race traffic may enter ​through Lower Woolsey Rd. or the main ​entrance. Lower Woolsey Rd. traffic will be ​directed to park in the PURPLE parking lot. Main ​entrance traffic will be directed into the BLUE ​parking lot. Credentialed traffic enter at ​Entrance E off of 19/41 before the main ​entrance.

TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON GA HIGHWAY 20:

GA Hwy 20 race traffic will be directed to park ​in the PURPLE parking lot on the South/West ​side of the Atlanta Motor Speedway property. ​Credentialed traffic stays in the right-hand lane ​and enter off of Lower Woolsey at Entrance H.

TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON US 19/41:

SOUTHBOUND 19/41 race traffic must turn on ​to Speedway Blvd. and will be directed to park ​in the Red or Green parking lots on the north ​side of the Atlanta Motor Speedway property. ​Credentialed vehicles stay in the left-hand lane ​of 19/41, pass the main entrance and enter at ​Entrance E.

Q. How do I submit my sizing for cap and gown?

A. Cap and gown sizing can be submitted through 3RDASCENT.

Q. How much are senior dues?

A. Senior dues is $250.00, if paid prior to March 1st, 2024. Dues will increase to $275.00 on March 1st, 2024.

Q. What's included in the senior dues?

A. The class of 2024 senior dues include the following: diploma, diploma cover, cap, gown, tassel, stole, yearbook, some senior activities, and all expenses associated with graduation.

Q. When is the last day to submit senior dues payment?

A. Senior dues payment will be accepted up until the day before graduation.
